WHY AMS

Learning that goes beyond the classroom.

AMS is one of seven United Charter High Schools across New York City. Every campus shares the same commitment: small schools where scholars are known by name and prepared for what comes after graduation. At AMS, scholars learn to think critically, communicate confidently, and turn ideas into action.

What sets us apart: Demonstration of Learning (DOL), where scholars present their work and reflect on how they've grown, and a Cohort Model that keeps the same support team with every scholar for all four years.
